What’s Hot Off The Press?

In 2006, Kevin Roth and Idalia Garcia opened La Estacion in the popular coastal town of Fajardo, on the eastern-most tip of Puerto Rico. La Estacion has received attention from Nation’s Restaurant News, The Wall Street Journal, NY Times and all of the major newspapers in Puerto Rico. La Estacion was showcased on the Cooking Channel’s “Beach Bites with Katie Lee”, “Man Fire Food-Puerto Rican Grilling” and Man Fire Food- Top Five Coolest BBQ Rigs”.

Most recently, Kevin Roth was the featured chef on PBS-Moveable Feast with Fine Cooking, where he gave an insider's look of Puerto Rico’s gastronomy, agriculture and fishing. La Estacion’s continued success is fueled by glowing recommendations from major guidebooks and blogs that cite the restaurant as a highlight and “a must stop at” in Puerto Rico, with Fodors listing La Estacion as one of the “top ten restaurants in the Caribbean”.
